  • ½ pound cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1-2 medium avocados, diced
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese balls or 8 ounces mozzarella, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
